We will gladly offer a full refund within 60 days of your purchase, minus return shipping costs. Due to hygienic reasons, all items must be returned in original, unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund.

Exchange policy.

We will gladly offer an exchange within 60 days of your purchase. Due to hygienic reasons, all items you wish to exchange must be returned in original, unopened condition, to be eligible for an exchange. If those conditions are met, the original products purchased will be required to be shipped back to AngelContacts at the customer's expense. However, there will be no additional shipping fee for the new products selected for exchange.

Defects guarantee.

We pride ourselves in providing only quality products to our customers. Should you receive a defective pair of lense, or suspect your lenses are defective, due to discomfort, or visible defects, discontinue use immediately. Please ensure the lenses were worn properly, and let us know if you believe your lens are indeed defective. Upon verification of a lens defect, we will gladly provide a full refund, or offer a replacement pair of lens to you, free of charge*.
